What is the food like?
Spicy and fat, but still delicious and cheap :)
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Budapest?
A few days in my friends place, and then i found flat near university easily
How much does it cost to live in Budapest?
Renting a room anout 200 euro, life about 200-300 euro
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Courses are available. I was using only english and german. Hungarian is definietly too difficult to me
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Budapest from your city?
There were cheap flights from cracow.
Now - buses! :)
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Budapest?

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Budapest?
Do not remember names, but near calvin square there is a street with cute small restaurants with delicious food.
And sth typical hungarian - market hall.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Opera of course! It;s obligatory to go there ;)
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Budapest in the future?
Do not miis your time there - ENJOY budapest. A lot! :)
