Where in the world Am I now?
Okay I'm aware that the blog title kinda gave it away but let's just roll with it and pretend like it's a surprise.
6 months. Can you believe it? I’ve been gone for 6 months. I know you all have been patiently waiting for me to come back and I decided to do so before your patience runs out. (Okay pls don’t burst my bubble, let me think that I was missed). Okay but in all seriousness, I have missed blogging so much, I felt so acquainted with this community and found many good friends! Thank goodness that Joanna emailed me with this new opportunity. Anyhow enough of all these pleasantries, Im finally back on Erasmusu and I’ll try to be as active as possible. Now I know you all are dying to know what I have been up to!
So let’s get to it! Well 6 months ago I was kinda in between Iran and Malaysia, completely torn between wanting to see everything in Iran and explore Malaysia somemore. I did manage to soak up every ounce of both of my favorite countries before I moved. AGAIN!
Yes I did move, to where you ask?
To the city known as the bride of eastern Europe, sounds corny but it is what it’s actually called.
Do you need more tips?
Okay to the land of paprika adoration and mesmerizing city lights.
(What I mean by adoration of paprika, look at this lovely old lady)
No amount of words can describe the beauty of this city so without further delay, I present to you :
Budapest, Hungary
( drum roll please! )
Yes I’m in budapest!
(Just look at how beautiul this city is! what a time to be alive! )

Yes I know it’s a really big change from where I used to live and where I come from but that’s what I love about it.
I know what you all are thinking, what on earth am I doing in Budapest?
Well I’m in medical school now, training and studying to become a pharmacist. Medical school is on a whole different level and story, one that I will get to real soon.
(where I am studying now, more details on that later)
It’s hectic, chaotic and difficult but all together awesome.
So yes back to Hungary and Budapest. Can you believe it? I sometimes can’t. I sometimes wake up in the morning, in this foggy, cold autumn days and wonder how did I end up here?!
It’s surreal and overwhelming but I’m looking forward to discovering Budapest together, step by step!
One more thing to mention, even though I’m not in Iran anymore, I would definitely continue writing my pieces on Iran, since i spent the summer traveling there as well and also I do know how interested you all are to explore our beautiful culture some more.
So yes! Are you ready? cause I know I am.
Let’s begin.
Cheers
Saba
