Registration to the City Hall

Hi everyone, I am planning to do an Erasmus+ internship for the following summer starting from 1st of July until last days of September, for 3 months long. Since it's no longer than 90 days, I will not need to apply for residance permit, will be staying with short-term visa. But i was wondering if i still need to register to city hall ?
