can I have some information about the city and MEDICINE studies??

hello! I'm an italian student and i'd like to travel to study Medicine trought 'ERASMUS'...but I'm are still undecided about the destination...'Universitè de Bretagne Occidentale' is a probably choice. Can I have some informartion about the method of study? mode in which exams are held? and practice in the hospital? how are you organized?In which languages were held lectures in medicine? I also wanted to know if the 'university provides housing for Erasmus students ... thank you very much, I hope to have your response
