Bordeaux is a costly city but it costs a lot less than Paris or Toulouse.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Bordeaux? DO you have advice to give?
I recommend living in the St Michel, Roustaing or Victoire areas. They are the best value for money.

There is food from every continent and there are many markets (notably, the Capucins one). Personally, I like the Asian and Latino dishes.

The mirror of water opposite the Place de la Bourse, the Saint Michel quarter, Saint Pierre, the botanical garden, the Chartrons... In fact, everything!

Then in all the bistros to eat a good rib steak.

What advice do you want to give to future Erasmus students in Bordeaux?
Don't be afraid of getting lost in the city. It's not huge so you will quickly find your path again and the most beautiful things are found when you aren't looking for them!
