I stayed 4 months and received 340€ each month.

What is the student lifestyle like in Bordeaux?

If you don't do the CEP you have a lot of free time. So you can go to a lot of parties (mostly at someone's place, French people go more often at each other's place than out). Bars are very expensive and there is nothing like a clubscenes.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Bordeaux to other students?

Yes definitly.
