Yes.

With 850-950 euros (accomodation, food, transportation, etc.. ), you live quite well.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
I already speak French very well. The people were very welcoming and friendly, some of them speak English.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Burdeos from your city?
From Beirut, I took the turkish airlines to Bordeaux ( not to Paris) with 1 stop in Istanbul. It's better than taking the plane from beirut to paris then the tgv from paris to bordeaux.

Place de la bourse.

The centre is full of cultural sites.. explore :)
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Burdeos in the future?
It's a quite expensive city but really worth it!
