You'll enjoy a lot doing that! Spanish people can say stupid things that nobody understand... just you! :P

get a mattress for the possible visits! - Just arrived
It's grate to get visits during your Erasmus but... where can they sleep? We must think about that before and get a inflatable or normal mattress at the beginning. It will be ok for the crazy nights after party!

Get fit before departure! - Before
Think that you will be exotic and attractive for more people than in your country! So the possibilities to flirt there are higher :P

Taste the milk of the north of Europe! - Food
I tasted the milk from Germany and Poland. You cannot imagine how good is the flavor! Maybe it's my mania (the milk) but the quality is much better than here :)

Write a diary! - Curiosities
It's good to remember the things you did in your erasmus, your loves, the discos you visited... in case that internet disappear :P

Travel minimum once a month! - Just arrived, Transport
Approach the little time you have and visit around your city and the nearest countries!

Dont forget your habits! Siesta! - Curiosities
Is the sun going down at 16h? Dont worry, be happy! The Siesta makes you stronger for the night! :P

Buy a good Reflex Digital Camera - Before
I bought for my Erasmus and I was the official photographer. The worst: I wasn't in the pics :P. I recommend the gamma of Canon or Nikon.

Make at least 2 blogs in Erasmusu! - Just arrived
One in your language, other in English. And if you are able... another in your host language... you know... Polish, swedish, hungarish, deutsch... Do u accept the challenge?

Give spanish food as a present for the birthdays! - Food
In Erasmus, the best present is something typical from your country and... what can be better than a piece of "jamón" or "chorizo"? And what about Freixenet or Rioja wine? They'll discover our gastronomy!

Bring something from your country as a gift! - Before
A friend of mine took a lot of little gems from Turkey. He start to give one to each friend he met in the first weeks! It was very polite from him! Something small as a gift!

Get involved wherever you can!! - Just arrived, Leisure
There are myriad ways to take advantage of your Erasmus time to make new friends and learn new things. At your host university you can join a club or social association and meet others who share your interests. You can also join the Erasmus Student Network or the AEGEE...
