What is it like to live in Bihać? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

It's both good and bad. The landscapes are amazing and the nature is aspiring. I just don't appreciate the mentality overall.

What is the student lifestyle like in Bihać?

Not so good, lot of faculties have been shut down this year due to lack of students. Higher education institutes lack professionality.

How much does it cost to live in Bihać?

About 200-300$ monthly.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Bihać? Is there any advice you can give?

Depends on what are you looking for. In most cases it is easy. Lot of people offer rooms.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food is good, like anywhere in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
My favorite is the Bosnian famous dish called "Cevapcici".

What places would you recommend visiting in Bihać?

I would definitely recommend the natural resort "Strbacki Buk" of river Una. Besides there are a lot of places along the river side.

Is it good to eat out in Bihać? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

A few hosts offer good food. My favorite during high school is Bella Italia. Located near Ozimice 1. They offer great pizzas.

Is the nightlife good in Bihać? Where is good to go?

Nightlife is good over weekends. During work days not so much.
There are a lot of different clubs but the one I recommend wpuld be a place called "Piramida" or in English translation Pyramid. It's located near Ozimice 2.

What advice would you give future students heading to Bihać?

Don't stay to finish faculty because the administration is very bad and corrupted. If you must go to Bihac make sure to move on after you archive your goals.
