Generally, what is University of Birmingham like?
Birmingham is a good university to attend, consistent work, some activities and great peers to work alongside
What are the facilities like?
Modern language facilities are poor, old and outdated lecture and seminar rooms, without the recording feature either.
What are the tutors like?
The tutors on a whole are friendly and great to learn from.
Are the lessons easy in University of Birmingham?
Heavy emphasis on grammatical knowledge and understanding and less so on the ability to actually speak the language.
Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?
Some film nights etc, I have not attended one so far as they are last-minute activities.
Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?
The teaching on a whole is engaging and interesting but lacks a fun factor.
