Hi Mick,
I have requested a room but they haven't answered me yet. Do you know if they still have SB-Basic + rooms?
Thank you very much.
Julie Crombois Written 13 years ago
have you filled the form online? I had an answer a week later to pay for the secure deposit and social fees (400€) :-)

Hey,
I applied for a Studentendorf WG about 3 weeks ago. Before I applied, I also wasn't sure wether or not there were still rooms left, so I called the ERG Universitätsservice. To my surprise, the lady told me I wasn't late at all, but that it was best to apply as soon as possible. So I did. Two days after I applied, they send me a confirmation of my application and the details about paying the reservation fee. Last week they e-mailed me that I have been placed.
If you have questions, I think it's best to call the ERG Universitätsservice (you can find the contact information here: http://www.fu-berlin.de/en/sites/unterbringung/kontakt/index.html).
E-mailing them is also possible, but in my experience they respond very late to e-mails (and to some of my e-mails they didn't respond at all...).
Good luck

SB offer is a bit cheaper, so maybe they got a lot more applications!

Am I the only one going to the Beuth Hochschule für Technik? Damn!
Anyway I'll arrive in Berlin the 7th of September, and I'll spend the first days looking for a flat to share, and some erasmus students to live with. If someone might be interested, please text me.
Un saludo!
