Searching an accomodation

Hi! I'm Marta, from Rome, and I'm coming to Belfast with my friend Carlotta in September for the first semester. I'm searching an accomodation near Queen's University but I don't know if is better an house or a university accomodation! Can you help me?!  Thanks ;)
