Germany, a week later
So, here I am!
My first week in Bayreuth is already gone and I've spoken no german at all! All the people I met in the first days are from England - actually one is irish and the other one is french - and it is quite easier to speak english instead of german, almost in these days!
I've been walking throughout the city to solve some problems and get my immatriculation at university. First, i did register myself at the Rathaus, then I needed some certification for my insurance and then again I needed my student card. I've received it only yesterday morning and that means: I had no internet for a week! It was not as hard as I thought, but I was totally out of the world, in this unknown place, lost in the middle of nowhere! :D
Bayreuth is great! Actually, there's nothing special to do or to see.. It's not a big city but there are some places where you can spend your evenings with your friends. The biggest problem, I think, is that we are simply freezing. When I left Sicily, there were 35°. Yesterday here it was quite warm, 7° under the sun *__*
Yes guys, and it's only october! I really don't want to think about the snow and the har winter I'm going to have!
The buildings for students are nice and all near the university. You only need to walk 15 minutes to reach the centre of the city and meet some people there, but it's not a long way when you are not alone and you are about to run because of the cold temerature!
I'll be good, I know it. Or maybe I just hope it! Let's see how it will be... ;)
Auf wiedersehen!
