OUR FLAT IS BIG AND LUMINOUS. IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF SABADELL:
- 4 MINUTE WALK FROM ESDI UNIVERSITY
- 10 MINUTE WALK FROM THE 2 TRAINS STATIONS : RENFE & FERROCARRILS DE LA GENERALITAT.
- BARCELONA - 25 MINUTES BY TRAIN
- AUTONOMOUS UNIVERSITY OF BARCELONA - 8 MINUTES BY TRAIN
THE FLAT HAS A BIG DINNING ROOM- LIVING ROOM, ONE KITCHEN (MICROWAVE INCLUDED), LAUNDRY ROOM (WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER INCLUDED), 2 BATHROOMS, ONE BIG BALCONY, AND 4 BEDROOMS.
THE ROOM FOR RENT IS THE BIGGEST ONE (THE PRESENT OWNER IS GOING TO AN ERASMUS IN FEBRUARY). THIS ROOM HAS A DOUBLE BED, A HUGE CLOSET AND A DESK WITH A PRINTER.

Hi, I have some double rooms available in Sants district in 2 different flats for students.
The price of each double room is 495 euros/month (247,50 euros/month each person), including bills of gas, water, electricity, internet wi-fi (10 MB), digital TV and cleaning of common parts.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, and both flats are completely furnished and specially prepared for students.

Flat 1: Exterior double room for 2 students, available from 1st february
This flat is next to Mercat Nou metro station (line 1) and also close to Sants Train Station.
Flat 2: 2 double rooms available at the same flat
This flat is next to Ildefons Cerda FGC-metro station (line 8) and also close to Santa Eulalia metro station (line 1).
Both flats are in safe area, with good communications with the center of Barcelona.
