Some words about Thailand
As far as I know and feel after the trip to Thailand recently, tourism is one of the key economic sectors of the country.
The Thai government is very focused on promoting tourism and cultural specialties with international friends. With what I have witnessed, I have to admit that foreign tourists do not return to Vietnam is not wrong. People are back to Thailand, my neighboring country. Of course, what I know, no matter how much, is not comprehensive. I have no intention of generalizing. I just shared the stories I personally have heard, seen.
When searching online for information and friends to plan a trip to Thailand, the saying that I heard most is: "In Thailand, everyone is traveling, the house is doing tourism." Putting foot on the Thai land to know that this sentence is not wrong because right from Suvarnabhumi airport,
I have felt the hospitality of everyone, from flight attendants, security personnel, airport staff, To the cab driver. They are all very cheerful, warm.
It must be said that the tourism policy of the Thai government is very radical, because the sense of tourism is very high. You will not have too much trouble communicating with native speakers as most people know little English, enough to communicate with tourists. The status of rowing tourists also do not see, or if it is also told by my friends, but very little. Like tuk tuk drivers, taxis, peddlers walking in the street just to ask for their own one, if they shake their heads they will laugh rather than invite more times or show uncomfortable attitude. Shopping in the night market or the mall is the same, you can go to the store and ask for the price but not buy it okay, the store owner still welcome and offer warm welcome to you. I really feel the key here is to focus on the experience of visitors on a Thai tourism background rather than merely natural scenery or quality of service. And the Thai people understand that.
Compared with my country, I find traveling to Thailand more worthwhile. Because although nature gives a lot to Vietnam, but our tourism exploitation policy is not radical, mainly just take advantage of natural strength and cutting, quality of service is poor, do not know how. Promote, marketing. While Thailand is the opposite. Mother Nature does not give as much incentive to Thailand as Vietnam but enough for them to learn how to tap into the strengths of human hands. Natural conditions are just a "flat" ground.
First is the modern infrastructure, the road system is master planned, stable operation, not digging up. Buildings, commercial centers grow up close together. Convenient public transport, high-speed tram links to important destinations in Bangkok, bus routes connect all over the country's tourist destinations, making travel very convenient and easy. bitter.
Next to the wide range of recreational activities, the most indulge in the most demanding guests, from the peaceful Phuket Island beach to bustling Pattaya street, from spiritual tourism, discover. Although diversified but not shabby, annoyed by the administration very tight. Patients who come out of that area, including the "red light district" Patpong always have to work properly, employees must be checked regularly. Restaurants, hotels are listed price, not severely hacked tourists. But these things seem to be too expensive in Vietnam themselves
And what I like most is that traditional cultural identity is well preserved by the people. If you pay attention, you will see pictures of Royal Thai and Buddhist appear everywhere, in taxi cabs, street vendors, restaurants, hotels ... and the people are very fond of his king, royal family And the priests. Cultural behavior, communicating boldly Buddhist is also expressed very clearly. Although Thailand is still populated by other cultures in Asia, such as shows performed in the third sex entertainment show, other country cuisine restaurants, traditional entertainment Easily encountered on the street, in the way people live, typically Wai style greetings. Proper integration but not soluble.
My share is just the first impression when traveling Thailand, also general but not detailed because I am going to write it in the future
. But I believe that once you come to the million elephants nation ( the other nick name of ThaiLan) you will surely feel what you have said, even more so. Wish you have a fun experience for yourself!
