What is it like to live in Bangkok? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

yes I would definitely recommend it. It's way cheaper than any European country or America. Bangkok is fun to live, people here are relaxed yet hardworking. City is lively and amazing.

What is the student lifestyle like in Bangkok?

Student lifestyle is similar to all other places as Bangkokians tend to follow Japanese/Korean and a few European trends. Students go partying with friends, watch movies, etc. Pretty usual stuff.

How much does it cost to live in Bangkok?

Not much. If you live in a normal condo/apartment, then you will easily survive. You can live in less than 170 euros per month, but at the same time you have very very expensive apartments as well.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Bangkok? Is there any advice you can give?

It's not difficult. Find it easily on internet (craiglist might help)

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food, mama mia! Tom yum, kaphao, Som tam to name a few. Spicy, hot, just wow.

What places would you recommend visiting in Bangkok?

There are many temples to visit like 'Wat Arun' etc, shopping malss like Siam Paragon, Central world, central embassy, etc. Ancient city is there. Boat ride, floating market, Asiatique-the river front night market. Many, google shall help better.

Is it good to eat out in Bangkok? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes I eat out everyday. You have Asiatique, Thonglor area has many restaurants.

Is the nightlife good in Bangkok? Where is good to go?

Goodness of nightlife, wrong question. It's very awesome. Khaosan road is very famous among tourist for cheaper cost fun. Otherwise Bangkok has many clubs or chain of clubs like RCA, Levels, Demo Thonglor, Funky villa, Narz, etc.
