6 essential Accessories for trekking

Travelling can be one of the most exciting experiences of life. Especially for treks and camps, it is a way of refreshing to enjoy nature in all its glory. The thrill of stepping out into the wilderness and experiencing nature at close quarters is something that you will remember for your entire life.
However, for the inexperienced travelers it can seem like a daunting task. As the travellers must know what are the essentials you will need. Whether you are headed to a forest, mountain or a beach destination, these essentials are a must.


1. A sturdy Bag- Without a good bag to pack your essentials, you might have to face the unnecessary problems. It very important to invest in a good quality bags. Backpacks are ideal of treks. Other than that, you will find a variety of sleeping bags and sling bags online which you might need for your travel.

2. Tents- Tents are a basic requirement for camping. Consider the number of people coming for camping and using the tent before buying it. A tent should be durable and easy to use. It should will protect you from the heat or wind.

3. Caps- If you are planning a trek anytime soon in the season of summer in our tropical country, a cap is a must. If you let the sun directly reach your head, it will soak up all your energy and probably give you a horrible sun stroke. Hence it is advisable to always have your cap with you.

4. Extra food- Whenever you go trekking, you must carry some extra food. In the case of emergencies, you should not be deprived of food. At least carry one meal extra apart from what you need. Carrying a water bottle is very important. The probability of finding clean water out in the wilderness is highly unlikely.

5. Additional clothing- It is always advisable to carry an extra set of clothing, in case you happen to encounter unexpected rains or river crossing.

6. First aid kit- Carry the basic medical supplies for minor injuries such as adhesive bandages. It is also a good idea to carry analgesics and antacids to help you during emergencies
