Baghdad is a big city, with over more than 7 million inhabitants, just like the modern cities with many historical places and rich culture.

It's a simple life style, there's nothing specific for the student.

How much does it cost to live in Baghdad?

It depends, on the average 300-500 $/month. It depends on the area you live and the kind of life you have.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Baghdad? Is there any advice you can give?

Yes, especially for students, but there are many offices that rent flats for them, and I can help you too if you need it.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

There are wonderful dishes in Baghdad and they are special (most of them consist on meat, rice and bread). There are many dishes like beriany, quzy and many more.

What places would you recommend visiting in Baghdad?

There are many historical places, such as Kathmia or Qashla Watch.

There are many wonderful restaurants and they are very cheap in comparation with restaurants in other areas.

I don't know too much about the night life in Baghdad. I prefer to stay away from it.
