Yes it is, try to communicate only with people you trust, don't expect any language to be spoken anywhere except Arabic.

Everything is delicious you can find western meals along with the traditional ones,Dilma is the most popular in Baghdad and Iraq in general, but always buy food from the city center.

What places would you recommend visiting in Baghdad?

City center is the most safe for foreigners like the Hay AL Mansour, Hay AL Yarmuk, Zayoona city and Karade (first 3 are super close to each other).

Is it good to eat out in Baghdad? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

People love to eat outside, Samad restaurant is popular but it's a bit expensive and looked at as luxurious.

Is the nightlife good in Baghdad? Where is good to go?

There's no nightlife.
