I will go there too.
I've received yesterday an e-mail:
"I would like to inform you that the we accept your application. Please note that your application must be also formally approved by the Vice-Rector of the University of Aveiro and that the letter of invitation will probably be sent to you only by middle August due to the hollidays of some workers of the International Office."
Thanks, I start packing my bags ;)

Hello! Next year I will study in Aveiro and I am looking for a shared flat with other Erasmus. If anyone knows someone who rent an apartment or a room can contact me. Olá! Strange error in Google maps.
Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and informatics. -> I have seen on Google maps that there is "Instituto de Engenharia Electronica e Telematica de Aveiro", placed near Estação Ferroviária de Cacia (about 10 km away from central campus).
At first I was a bit impressed with this. Then, talking with some students of Aveiro, I discovered it is just an error in Google maps: this department is located in the central campus. This information has clearly been useful to me (so I can search for a flat in the right place); and I hope this will be helpful to others too. See you, Andrea

Two girls from Greece are also coming in the 2nd semester!! We haven't received letter of acceptance yet, but hope receiving it in the next days.We are looking forward for Aveiro!!!
