Looking for roommates and accomodation

Hi! My name is Joan, I'm from Barcelona, and I'll be moving to Athens on the 26th of October to work there as a journalist until August 2022. I'm looking for a room in a shared appartment with 1 or 2 more people around the areas of Koukaki, Petralona, Exarcheia or Pangrati. My budget is around 350€, but I can adapt and if it is lower than that, all the better. I don't really mind sharing with girls, guys or pets. I would rather find someone who can stay for the whole year and not just a semester, but at this point I'm not too picky.

I enjoy sharing activities with my flatmates, socializing, chatting or intensely debating , hanging out, hiking, drinking, watching movies or travelling :) I also would like to learn some Greek.

PS: I am interested in improving my cooking abilities, so if you are good cook who can teach me it's a bonus point.
