What is it like to live in Antalya? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Antalya- beginning th the weather:hot :). But you are lucky, u can go anytime to the beach. Ther are many historical places, sightseengs in and around Antalya. Nice touristic, multiculti city.

How much does it cost to live in Antalya?

İts not so expencive, espacially if u come from Europe :).
u can find places for stay (all inc) begining from 200 euro (depends on the distance from sea and uni)-for long time or begining from 2-3 months.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Antalya? Is there any advice you can give?

Not difficult. The worst case u can find easily daily, weekly places.
Ther is guest house of Akdeniz uni or Teachers house(for everyone) in Antalya - if u want to stay for short time- cheaper price compare th hotels.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

mostly turkish dishes, But you can also find world kitchen.

What places would you recommend visiting in Antalya?

plenty of.... just google:)

Is the nightlife good in Antalya? Where is good to go?

mostly one place is known for its nightlife: Kaleici- center of the city, many nightclubs,bars, cafes, live music etc. There o u can find a big shopping mall(Markantalya).

What advice would you give future students heading to Antalya?

rent a car:). Transport system is not so good.
