What is it like to live in Antalya? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
The city is big but not much as Istanbul. Still there are too many place that you can visit (excluding city center).
What is the student lifestyle like in Antalya?
Akdeniz university responds all needs: banks, accommodation, restaurants, cafes... Transportation is easy, you can go everywhere (also vf01 goes to the university directly) by bus, tram or taxi.
How much does it cost to live in Antalya?
Apartments rent is about 500-1000 TL, If you have student card for the transportation it costs 1,10 - 1,70 TL. So it's a little expensive.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Antalya? Is there any advice you can give?
Not so difficult, you can find somewhere to stay near university. It helps to attend Facebook groups about that.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Turkish foods always good.
What places would you recommend visiting in Antalya?
As I said, you can visit too many places excluding city center. Also the Old town (Kale Kapısı) is the best place to spend time, so you should go and see.
Is it good to eat out in Antalya? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
My favorite places are in old town or Lara. Lara is a little expensive than city center.
Is the nightlife good in Antalya? Where is good to go?
I don't spend time a lot at nights so I can't suggest you specific place, but yes it's good.
