Hi! I am studing as an Erasmus in Ankara now. I am renting a room in my Turkish friend's flat and he asked me if I could write the information that from nex semester (Feburary) we will be looking for roommates. In his flat there are three rooms (one is his), two bathrooms (one is his), a kitchen and a livingroom. Everything is in the flat and it has also good location (center: close to 7. caddesi The rent is also OK for the standard of the flat and the location.

I am a student at Atılım University, department of Translation and Interpretation. This is my 3rd year in Ankara. I've been living in a very central area named Bahçelievler, 7th avenue. The flat has 4 rooms, 1 of them is really big which we use as the second bedroom. 1 living room, 1 for storage, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath+wc, 1 small wc... the kitchen is quite useful. the rent is 750 TRY and we pay 100 TRY to central heating. Bills around 200 TRY.
the person who would like to be my flatmate should know his/her responsibilities. This is the only required specification.
My recent flatmate most probably will leave the house in June.
I prefer Erasmus students or foreign people as flatmate but this doesn't mean native Turkish people can not apply. :)
