My experience in Amsterdam

Amsterdam is a beautiful city with much things to do. There are a lot of museums, historical buildings and also a lot of culture. In the citycentre there are a lot places to go for entertainment like the cinema, restaurants, bars, shops and concerts.

The public transport in Amsterdam is good. There is a tram, bus and metro. The metroline is new and drives not really in the centre. You could also take the train to other cities that are close (or far away) like Volendam (worth a visit). 

The Leidseplein is a nice place to go if you want to eat or just for drinking a beer. In that area there are also places where you could spend your night out. 

I would recommended to eat at Sumo. They have really good sushi. There are also a lot of other places near the Leidseplein where you can eat a good dinner. The best place in town is Boca's, not expensive and really nice and surprising food!

Finding a place to live in Amsterdam is very difficult. There are fake organisations and the most places are very expensive.
