It's unbelievable! Very friendly, really covenient because if you live in the downtown, you can move easily from one end of the downtown to the other to go to school, to go out to see friends or to go to dance bars!

How is the students life at Alcalà De Henares?

Awesome! We have met every nationality and we know almost everybody fast enough. It is impossible to go out at night or during the afternoon without meeting a friend.

What is the cost of living in Alcalà De Henares?

More reasonable than Madrid.

My great apartment that I shared with a girl costed me 250€ per month, all-in, with internet, washmachine, kitchen, two bedrooms, TV, DVD player, a lounge, two little balconies, each our room... Around 70m² I think.

Living costs, are reasonable. Fruits and vagetables are good and cheap in my street before now, Talamanca.

Is it difficult to find an appartment in Alcalá De Henares? Have you got any advice?

No, it's very easy. Even if you arrive for the second semester. Ask about the list of the owners who are renting their appartements at the Erasmus office after your arrival.

How is the food in the city? What are your favorites dishes?

Every tapas bar is very good and cheap. About 3€ for a drink with one tapas.

What places could you recommend to see at Alcalá De Henares?

Everything! It is necessary to walk everywhere in the downtown. It's very cute. Look up to see storks!

El quinto Tapón, Maimonides, 100 montaditos, continental coffee...

Bakery pastry Riquelme: the best (but expensive).
