Adana has located about 35 Kilometers from the Mediterranean which Hot and humid climate similar to the tropical climate.
There are many Tropical fruits such as oranges, mandarin, watermelon, lemon, and many others.
also vegetable such as tomatoes carrot, and many others,
All the mentioned varieties above are complement to Adana kebap( called City of Food)

Kebap are in different species,  we have species like kuş başı, kıymalı kebap, Tavuk ızgara (rosted chicken). Kıymalı is the really species!
