Adana has located about 35 Kilometers from the Mediterranean which Hot and humid climate similar to the tropical climate. 
There are many Tropical fruits such as oranges, mandarin, watermelon, lemon, and many others.
also vegetable such as tomatoes carrot, Onion, pepper, cabbages, and many others, 
All the mentioned varieties above are a complement to Adana kebap( called City of Food) 
Adana kebab Is the most famous in Turkey make sure you try Adana kebab from Hassan Usta.

This place got the maximum quality services and hospitality. I feel going there for a meal will not be regarded for someone who has never been there. This will be a very significant experience.

However, kebabs are not the only available food items in this restaurants. You can also have some varieties like lahmacun. Kebap are in different species,  we have species like kuş başı, kıymalı kebap, Tavuk ızgara (roasted chicken). Kıymalı is the real species!
