Accra is a very hospitable place to live , but very busy because it's the capital of Ghana.
Yes I would recommend it.
The city has diverse cultures since it has people from all parts of Ghana living there.

What is the student lifestyle like in Accra?

I would say not the best in Ghana but student life is okay but I think will be a little above average in terms of funds.

How much does it cost to live in Accra?

1 month expenditure will be around 500 cedis excluding accommodation.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Accra? Is there any advice you can give?

A little bit difficult to find a decent accommodation as a student since most accommodations have requirements of staying not less than 2 years except for the student dormitories.
Accra is very crowded
I would advice students look for student dormitories.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The foods are just perfect, a wide variety of dishes which I'm sure every race can find something to eat, in my experience.

Yes it is , there are a lot of good spots in Accra with good food.
Example papaye restaurant, golden tulip, movenpick hotel
Can't say much since it's been about four years I left Ghana

There's active night life in Accra and lots of various programs every now and then.
