Trying new things is always fascinating. I had never had the chance to try ice skating in my life. So it was pretty hard for me to accept my friends suggestion to go Ice skating with them. But finally, I decided to accept the challenge and go to Gigantium sport center with my roommate who is almost expert at ice skating. Obviously, I fell down the moment I entered the Ice rink. My friends helped me to stand up and continue by taking the bars beside the rink but it seemed impossible for me to even walk on the ice. After an hour just walking besides the bar and falling five times, I was hopeless and sat down. One of my class mates told me that it was my first time and I should try more. She told me that I am allowed to fall for 20 times and I have 15 times left. That made me feel better and finally after seven times falling with 13 times left with the help of all my friends, I was able ice skating. It was an amazing experience and tought me never loose my hope even with the pain of falling.

It costs 55 DKK for both entering and having the equipments for ice skating. Do not forget your gloves because they are not included.
