What is it like to live in The Hague? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

It depends on which area you area living and the price of housing varies. Generally, a safe place and everyone mind their own business. Its modern and diverse city, you can find practically anything you need in the City. Most of the people speak English (but know some Dutch words can help also)

What is the student lifestyle like in The Hague?

Student life is okay. Most students can be friendly and helpful. There always some kind event or party some where.

All the campuses are updated and teachers interact with students.

How much does it cost to live in The Hague?

Typical North European city cost of living is high.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in The Hague? Is there any advice you can give?

It depends on your budget and taste. There are many websites like Kamernet, Easykamer and Kamer, for a room or house. Most site are free to register.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Dutch cuisine are not impressive and its very simple. The good thing about living in the Netherlands is diversity so you'll find cuisine from almost every corner of the global.

My favorite is Surinamese food.

I usually party in Amsterdam, so I have little experience in the party scene in Den Haag

What advice would you give future students headed to The Hague?

Usually an open minded place. Having a bicycle is handy and cut your travel expenses.
