Sitges is located South of Barcelona and is a smaller beach city. Sitges is very peaceful and calm. It gets packed during the summertime because it is a tourist destination and the beaches are very nice. Like most cities in Europe there are always a historic center. Sitges is very beautiful and the historic center is as well, there is a beautiful church and perish right on the water. It is so beautiful to see these old structures near the ocean. As you walk through this part you see white walls and buildings decorated beautifully. Sitges is very fun place to go for the day if you are close by. It is easiest to go by train if you do not have a car. Sitges is a perfect place to go to the beach during the day and have a nice dinner and some drinks at night, enjoying the warm weather. There are a lot of great places in Sitges to eat. One of my favorites is called Big Al’s. Big Al’s is a burger place with big portions and crazy ideas! They also have a challenge, which is fun to take, but it is huge and not many people finish!! The burgers are delicious, one of the best burgers in Spain and also rated best burger in Spain by trip advisor. Sitges is a very beautiful place to explore, bring the sunscreen and your ready for a great day!
