This city was the second stop in my sports master program by CIES.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

What is the student lifestyle like in Milan?

Student life was better than I expected. Living in Milan is not cheap unless you share an apartment with a friend. Everything else was more or less cheap when it comes to food and going out for a dinner or drinks.

I warmly recommend aperitivos!

Would you recommend the city and the University of Milan to other students?

Yes I would! Milano is a perfect city for culture, food and parties.

What is the food like?

Food is great! I warmly recommend Navigli area.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Milan?

No it didn't because I used airbnb.

How much does it cost to live in Milan?

Depend what you are looking at from 500-1200€.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I didn't study Italian since i was only for 3 months. But the university offers various of courses.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Milan from your city?

I recommend using the train! Book in advance then its cheaper.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Milan?

Navigli area is definitely something to start with its a perfect pre drinking place with great tapas like food. Then it depends on the taste..

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Milan?

Like earlier mentioned, Navigli offers various restaurants for everyones taste.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

I would go outside the Milano to see Florence, Roma, Venice and Verona.
