25 years old Italian girl looking for accomodation in Zwolle.

End of August I will start my studying career in Artez. I would like to find a cheap but nice room in Zwolle. If it would have a WC in the room itself it would be perfect. I would like a room of minumuum 15m2 and if furnished better but unfurnished would be also ok. I'm willing to share the kitchen and the shower if necessary. I also would like to know if in the monthly charge will be included light, water, gas and internet .
I'm sociable and extroverted, quiet and respectful. I would like to find the same qualities in my roommates (in order to have a peaceful and funny cohabitation). I speak Italian, English, Spanish and a bit of Dutch.
