22 year old male, Non smoker, looking for accommodation in Zurich

I have uploaded a document which contains information about me.

Well firstly I am very hygenic, a male with many talents such as singing, b-boying, drummer, artist, social worker and most of all a well decorated chef with many certifications.

My negative point is that I cannot communicate fluently as of now in French or German but will try to overcome this challenege in the future thereof.

I donot smoke.

I follow rules and regulations if right.
