22 year old fine art student, looking for accomodations

I'm looking for accomodations basically where I can live with a lot of students in a common area but also have my own space in my own room.

The perfect balance.

I'm also in a hurry.Please let me know soonest.

I like to paint and do my own thing in free time.

I like hanging out with chill people and socialize on our free times and perhaps share some food and drinks when we are free.

Female flatmates would prefered.

I have no problem if you have pets(because I love pets!)

I'm a clean person and clean up after me all the time.
