Student from Latvia, looking for accomodation in Zagreb

Hello, I'm a 20 years old student from Riga, Latvia and am currently looking for flatmates/accomodation for the next winter semester (September - the end of February). For my year abroad I'll attend the Faculty of politics. I'm interested in any offers regarding living in Zagreb - just bearing two things in mind. Firstly, it would be appreciated if housing would be in the center/near the center and, secondly, if you'd be willing to take a little tour around the city with me, as I'll arrive sooner than other Erasmus students. : ) Cheers!
