Spanish 20-year-old guy looking for international students to share flat in Zagreb!

Hello, I'm Josué Ruiz, a Universidad Carlos III de Madrid student, and I'm going to Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM) next year (2014/2015).

I'm looking for flatmates (above all international ones so as to practise english and french too), in order to share a flat with them in Zagreb, preferably near to ZSEM. 

How many people? I've thought of 3 or 4 people in total to be in the flat (taking me into account), so that we get no stressed because of the bathroom and those things haha! For first semester I already have 1 flatmate, Déborah (you can find her profile here: http://erasmusu.com/en/erasmus-zagreb/roommate/2-erasmus-students-looking-for-friendly-rommie-in-zagreb-223713), but we still need at least 1 more roomie, so if you are interested, text me! And also I have no roomies yet for second semester, so I will be glad if someone going to Zagreb for that stay get in touch with me :)

Where? I haven't got a flat yet, so we can talk about what flat we think fits best to our necessities.

Duration: I'm going the full year, but I don't mind if you are coming just for 1 semester, we can look for

PREFERENCES

1. Don't care about gender, I don't mind to share either with boys or girls.

2. I'm a non-smoker, and I would prefer that there's no smoke in the house (except from parties, etc.), we can stablish a room or something haha!

3. I'm kinda sociable, I like to talk and be with people, so I don't find myself a difficult person to share a house with :) Then I'm looking for something similar, you know, friendly and who won't be just in his bedroom and that's all...

4. I like sport, so we could play whatever if you wanted to!

5. I want to party obviously, as I'm going on erasmus, but I also want to profit the city and everything it offers (theatre, cultural field, you know...), so partying at home is great, but with moderation!!

6. Order please! I need the house to be more or less clean and proper, not perfect everytime, but a minimum of order haha

7. I don't mind cooking or doing the washing up, we will get easily to an agreement on that :D

8. As it's normal, everyone wants their people to visit them when he's out of home, so I would like to be with people who don't care if sometimes there's some visits at the place (not usually, just sporadically), and I'll do likewise with theirs!!
