Looking for room near center and Humanities faculty

Hi there, I'm Ryan and I'll be studying Croatian at the university, as well as working online as a freelance copywriter and consultant.

I'm looking for a relatively cheap room -- I'm hoping to find something around 250 euro with everything included. Ideally, it's just a 10-20 minute walk from the center and would be no longer than 30 minutes for me to commute to the Faculty of Humanities.

I'm organized, respectful and always make payments on time.
