French student looking for accommodation in Zagreb

Hello ! I'm Mélyne, I'm 21 years old and I'm a French student. I'm looking for an accommodation in Zagreb in Croatia for 4 months, from 24th April to 14th August. I will do an internship at the Ruder Boskovic Institute so I would prefer find an accommodation near the institute or near transports which directly go to the institute. This flat or studio needs to have a washing machine and good luminosity if it is possible. I would like that water and electricity to be included in the total price and I also need WiFi.
