Erasmus 2015/2016, second semester, close to ZSEM

Hi!
I am Slovenian girl and in 2016 I will be Erasmus student at ZSEM (around february I guess). I am looking for accomodation, preferably near the School of Economics and Managment (around park Maksimir). I would like to have my own room with bed, desk and closet but of course other rooms in apartment can be shared. Also I want to learn croatian, soo it is very welcome to be with croatian's people :) the maximum price which is acceptable to me is 150 eur, including bills.
I think I am ok girl (cleanliness and tidiness are for me in the first place), I want to learn a lot, and the only condition about living with me is during exams period: I need rest :)
