23 yo male law student looking for accommodation in Zagreb

I am 23 yo Czech law student ( the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law) who is looking for a place to stay during 2017 winter semester (September-February). With a friend of mine, also a law student, we are looking for a flat or rooms to share. Ideal price is around 250 euro/person. We are non-smokers and don't have pets. I would really appreciate any tips and offers.
