Italian PhD student looking for accomodation in Wurzburg

Hi! I'm an Italian PhD student. I look for a room in an apartment shared with other students or a studio flat (from 03.01.22 to 31.12.22).I'd prefer to live in a university residence because I have already had this experience and I really like it. I don’t speak German and would like to improve my English. I’ll spend a lot of time in the lab (Oberdürrbacher Str. 6/Haus A3) but in my free time I like to go to the gym. For this reason I prefer a house close to the bus stops that lead to Oberdürrbacher Str. 6/Haus A3, and in an area with shops and gym. 

In my free time I also like to travel and visit new places. I’d like to find roommates or roommates with my own interests to share my free time. 
I have a great spirit of adaptation and I am a mild person. I care a lot about cleanliness
