Girl with 22 years old, non smoking, looks for an apartment or study to share in Würzburg

I'm looking for a confortable place to live some place near the center of the city or near the University. I consider myself sympathetic and sociable, and in general, a nice person. I love animals, but I have never had any. I'm a very quite person, and as lots of people says, It's easy to get used to live with me. I'm looking for somebody who speaks German (as I'm trying to learn it), and who respects the resting during week at night hours, but who can also have fun sometimes!

It would be perfect if I could have the possibility to have accomodation for one or two extra people some random nights, in order to recieve family or friends for few days, if they come to visit me (having a double bed or space enough in the room or livingroom for a temporary bed, for example).
