25 year old male Ph.D. student from Australia, looking for shared accomodation/flat mate in Wuppertal

I'm a 25 year old male from Adelaide, Australia about to begin a Ph.D. at the University of Wuppertal, working with a project for the German Aerospace Centre (DLR). I'm looking for shared acommodation somewhere within Wuppertal or nearby, somewhere between 200-300 euro per month. I arrive around the middle of March 2018 and the Ph.D. is for 3 years, so I'll be looking at staying for at least a few months.
Non-smoker but I don't mind sharing a place with a smoker. No preferences about male or female roomates or pets.
Of course English is my first language but I can speak some German, Spanish and Portuguese and I'm keen to practice at any opportunity!
I like to meet new people, see new places and learn new things.
