Looking for a single room near to Politechnika from October/2017

I will start my studies in Politechnika Wroclawska in October/2017. I am looking for a single room near to there. I am a calm person, I do not smoking and I pretend to live in Wroclaw after my Master Degree. My studies are about 2 years, so we can do a long term contract.
I already did my Erasmus in Lisbon, I am used to live with different people in the same flat. I speak portuguese, english and spanish.
