Italian student looking for a room in Wroclaw

Hello i'm Joromain Gonzalvo and i'm a student from Sapienza University of Rome. I'm 28 years old. I am a quiet boy, I don't smoke and I'm a teetotaler. When I have time, I like doing sports.
I will be in Wroclaw from the end of September to febraury for the Erasmus.The University is edukacja wyzsza szkola zarzadzania. I will arrive in Wroclaw towards the end of September.
I have to take the last 4 exams and I need concentration. Anyway, I would like to tour the main cities in Poland.
My roommates should be quiet and orderly people. It's OK for me to organize a party, but only once in a while.
I'm looking for an apartment close enough to the university in a quiet area. I am looking for an apartment shared with another person to share the expenses. I would prefer to have a personal bathroom and the heating must work for the winter period.
