29 year old guy, worker, responsible, easy-going but chill looking for accommodation in Wroclaw

I am looking for a place to chill after work. I like the kitchen and bathrooms clean, as I tend to do. I'm not strict but I expect everyone just do their share. Now I'm not so fan of parties at all but I'd love to if we are 3 or 4. I tend to help anyone and be kind. It's hard to see me angry -but don't push me ;-)
I came for the chance of a nice work and the experience of living in Poland, so I'd love to experience it with my flatmates.
