20 year old boy, looking for a room to rent in Wroclaw

I am particular about organization and neatness and as a scientist, I appreciate my measure of quietness and serenity. I am looking for a single, spacious room to rent in a house that comes with a fully furnished kitchen, WiFi, a laundry room and a bathroom. I am not particular about the sex of my housemates but would for obvious reasons benefit if they were scientists too although I am flexible if this is not immediately possible.
