Windhoek is a great small city with a small population.different cultural groups but commonly used language is English. Crime less during the day and a variety of clubing clubs.

What is the student lifestyle like in Windhoek?

Life for a student is a bit costly but also a friendly convenient environment.

How much does it cost to live in Windhoek?

Accommodation is bit costly with rentals ranging from 1500rand - 2000 sharing. And 2500-3500single rooms.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Windhoek? Is there any advice you can give?

Accommodation is not a major problem. You can look for apartments and accommodation on different social networks thus Facebook classifieds etc

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

There's a lot of food products. Rice and grilled chicken

They should avoid going to high density locations especially in the evening. Should ask people in shops if need of directions
